Wilton Creamery has been a hit since it first opened its doors in 2014. It has been named the top ice cream shop in Florida by numerous publications and foodie groups, so it’s no wonder it’s our reader’s choice for the best ice cream.
“We are honored at being chosen Best Ice Cream,” said D.J. Colby, Managing Partner of Wilton Creamery.
The upscale boutique is in a beautiful dual-level loft space with indoor and outdoor seating, to watch the world (and interesting people) go by on Wilton Drive.
This is not your average ice cream shop. There are dozens of seasonal and rotating flavors of ice cream including pecan praline dulce, sea salt caramel, sweet cinnamon, strong coffee, triple rum raisin, Snickers Adjacent, Christopher Loves Chocolate, Monkey Business and its most popular flavor "He's Not Worth It."
There are vegan/gluten-free/non-dairy options, including one made especially for pups. Small-batch flavors debut every Friday after 5 p.m.
“We make 2.5 Gallons and when it's gone, it's gone,” he said. “We have made 831 unique flavors to date.”
