Customer service and pride. Those are the attributes that make a good business according to Andrew Durning, who owns Butlers in the Manor, winner of Best Cleaning Company this year.
“I attribute [this too] to our unwavering commitment to customer service and our team of professionally trained staff who take pride in their work,” Durning said. “Our core values emphasize not only the quality of their work but also the genuine care they extend to both their tasks and the clients they serve.”
Giving back is a big part of Durning’s business.
“We've expanded our Cleaning for a Reason initiative, providing complimentary cleaning services to those undergoing cancer treatments,” he said, “Partnering with this nonprofit organization allows us, along with our cleaning techs, to express gratitude by giving back to the community.”
Butlers recently hired a new office manager and introduced a new discount for first responders.
“To our valued clients and, dare I say, fans, we want to express our profound gratitude,” he said. ”Each vote cast and the loyalty shown to our company means the world to us.”
Durning got started in the cleaning industry 25 years ago in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Nine years ago he jumped back into the business when he established a business in South Florida.
