To be the best bartender, you have to make your customers feel “welcome” and “appreciated.”
Brandon H. brings home the top prize in this year’s contest.
“With so many great bartenders to choose from, I’m honored,” he said. “I get to work with the best group of people in the industry. I’m a native, and I’ve worked at a lot of places in my 46 years in South Florida and this is hands down the best.”
Brandon has been at Hunter’s for five years.
“One of the most important parts of my job [to me] is that no matter how busy I am, I strive to make each guest feel welcomed and appreciated for coming,” he said. “A friendly smile and just asking someone how they are doing goes a long way. I think that’s what makes me a good bartender.”

His margaritas were even nominated for Best Drink this year.
