The song never remains the same for the Gay Men’s Chorus of South Florida (GMCSF). The group is always growing and accepting new members on stage and behind the scenes. Now they’re announcing the newest member of their board: Bradley Bush.
While a new presence with GMCSF, he’s a familiar face in South Florida’s choral scene. Bush is the former president and board chair of Fort Lauderdale Gay Men’s Chorus. The two groups recently merged, and he’s already a member of their Tenor One section.
"As a distinguished real estate agent for over 20 years, Bradley has made numerous connections in the tri-county community. We are so happy to have his experience and enthusiasm to assist the Chorus to continue its unprecedented growth and outreach efforts," Fred Boykin, current GMCSF Board Chair, said.
"It is an honor to be appointed to the Board of Directors,” Bush said. “I always want to give back to my community, and I can't think of a better way to do so than through the message of song."
Bush works as a realtor and has lots of experience in the nonprofit world. He’s worked with many causes, including work at a children’s shelter in downtown Fort Lauderdale.
He joins other newly appointed board members Denise M. Jordan, Tom Nichols, Erick Eldridge, Johnnie Mejia, and Davie Mayor Judy Paul.
