Since 2006, I have dedicated my life's work to creating platforms that give a voice to our LGBTQ community and financial products on the NYSE and NASDAQ that help people invest in companies aligned with our LGBTQ principles and core values.
I have published iconic LGBTQ magazines across the U.S., from Frontiers in Los Angeles to Next in New York City, and distributed Fun Maps with Alan Beck throughout North America.
It all began in South Florida with the purchase of Buzz magazine and a partnership with JumponMarkslist.com. This led to the creation of Guy magazine and the respected Florida Agenda newspaper. My goal every week was to provide our community with a voice that inspired action and progress.
This passion continues today as I collaborate with OutSFL, HOTspots, and the Happening Out Television Network. I take pride in my OutSFL column, which raises awareness about game-changing people, impactful organizations, and serious issues affecting our community, offering ideas for improvement.
Starting Aug. 9, we will launch "Being Bobby Blair," co-hosted by the legendary Kitty Meow (Shawn Palacious). This 30-minute weekly entertainment and news show will deliver content to our LGBTQ community and allies worldwide.
The show will have three segments. The first segment will cover everything happening in South Florida — events, fundraisers, theater productions, anniversaries, concerts, and grand openings. Our goal is to inform you about exciting happenings so you don't miss out and can live your best life.
The second segment will highlight a game changer in our community or a significant news story impacting us. It will feature an open discussion about my weekly OutSFL column, showcasing incredible people, political figures fighting for our rights, and our tireless allies.
The third segment will feature an initial 16-week casting call to find the next LGBTQ reality stars. We'll be searching for show ideas and concepts. My production team, in partnership with Mark Shumate and Victor Zepka, is developing an LGBTQ reality show in South Florida. This segment will call on community members for show ideas, characters, production participants, and sponsors. Viewers will be encouraged to join live casting calls and present scripts for potential reality shows on major networks.

Bobby Blair is a LGBTQ media pioneer and leader known for his philanthropic work on behalf of the LGBTQ+ community. A Florida native, he lives in Fort Lauderdale with his longtime partner, Brian Neal. Blair was inducted into the GLBT Hall of Fame in 2015.
