On June 29 at 4:30 p.m. at the Stonewall National Museum, Archives, and Library, the first-ever re-enactment of the legendary “Stonewall Uprising” will take place. This poignant and powerful tribute will bring to life the pivotal moment that ignited the fight for LGBTQ rights, honoring the courage and resilience of those who stood up for equality. For Pride Month, The Stonewall Museum has displayed “Stonewall Inn Stonewall,” a recreation of the legendary Stonewall Inn bar inside the Museum.  At 4:30 p.m., all are invited to participate as part of the “crowd” that gathered outside Stonewall, as they did on June 28, 1969.
